For reservations please contact us at the e-mail address or phone number displayed on the site. The reservation request can be made for a particular room or for any room. If you want to reserve a certain room we’ll try to give you that room as far as possible, but we can not guarantee that.

Cancellation of the reservation

Reservations can be canceled by guests without paying extra costs up to 48 hours before the actual accommodation. If this time period has been exceeded, a cost equal to the value of one night’s accommodation will be charged.

Children

Children’s prices differ from those for adults and are communicated on the website.

Guests with reduced mobility

Satul Banului Guest House can not provide facilities for persons with reduced mobility. Persons with reduced mobility and / or having special needs are asked to contact us before staying to see if these requirements can be met.

Parking

The behavior of the guests

Guests are kindly requested to behave at all times and respect other guests, employees and property of the Satul Banului Guest House. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation and / or services offered and even to ask guests to leave the guest house if it turns out that they have not behaved appropriately or offensive, abusive. In this case the costs already paid will not be refunded, and the guests will have to pay for any damage to the guest house.

Damages

We reserve the right to charge additional fees if it is proven that you have damaged the guest house during your stay or if it is proven that there are goods missing at your departure.

Smoking

Smoking is forbidden in the guest house (rooms, common areas), and is only allowed outdoors in open and specially arranged spaces.

Arrival and departure of guests

Rooms are available from 14.00 and must be issued until 11.00 on the day of departure except for previous appointments with the guest house manager. For security reasons and to prevent fraud, guests may be asked to provide an ID at the time of accommodation.

Health, pleasure and well-being

Some facilities will be provided free of charge to the guests, others available for a certain amount (eg horseback riding).

Payment of accommodation and other services

Before releasing your room / rooms, you will be asked to pay the costs associated with your stay, including services and facilities not included in the accommodation.
